A coastal sanctuary, four decades in the making.
Established in 1980 on a secluded stretch of Mediterranean shore, Ivoryemeraldpalace was built for guests who judge value by how a place makes them feel, not what it displays. We began with six rooms, a kitchen and a modest bar. Today we hold 140 keys, three restaurants and three private gaming salons, yet the original kitchen still serves dinner each evening.
From the casino floors to the spa terraces, every space and every ritual is shaped by people who have devoted their lives to hospitality. Our head sommelier has been with us for many years. Continuity is not a slogan for us; it is the whole philosophy.
Every guide that matters has awarded us five stars, but the accolade we treasure most is the one we cannot hang on a wall: more than 55 percent of our bookings each year come from returning guests. That is the sole metric we track.

Private Pools
Two infinity pools, four heated plunge pools, sixteen cabanas, and a private beach with chilled towels throughout the day. Guests under sixteen are welcome only in the family pool — the remainder are kept tranquil by design.

Do you offer airport transfers?+
Yes. Chauffeured Mercedes or Rolls-Royce transfers can be booked with your stay, or arranged up to two hours before you arrive. Guests in a hurry may use our helipad from 07:00 to 22:00 — a twelve-minute flight from the international airport. Both options may be charged to your suite.
How far is the airport?+
Roughly thirty-five minutes by private car along the coastal road under normal conditions, or fifty-five minutes if your driver chooses the scenic inland route through the vineyards (we suggest this on arrival days when time is not pressing). By helicopter from the resort helipad, the trip is twelve minutes door-to-door.
Are pets welcome?+
Selected ground-floor suites and our Garden Villas accept pets on request, with a one-time cleaning fee added to your stay. We provide a complimentary welcome kit for your dog (bed, bowls, treats), twice-daily walks, and grooming on request. Cats may travel in carriers but our suites lack litter facilities — please advise us in advance.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Bookings may be cancelled without charge up to fourteen days before arrival. Cancellations within fourteen days incur the first night's charge; no-shows are billed for the full stay. Suites and villas under our Best Available Rate may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. We always suggest travel insurance.
